HOLIDAY RETURN
POLICY:
Return policy extended. Items purchased in the months of November and
December will be eligible for return/exchange until January 31st, 2010.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days, from the date of delivery on your order, for
any reason. If you feel your item is not working correctly, please see our
defective returns section below.
Items must be returned in the original condition, with all parts, accessories,
manuals, and
with a copy of the invoice indicating the
reason for return. Items in new
condition, with all accessories, will be refunded the full purchase price, less
shipping. Items not in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee if
accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund will be given to the
original purchaser via the same method used to pay for the order.
Items may be returned via your choice of shipping method. Returns are to be
shipped to the address on the invoice. It is highly recommended to ship via a
carrier that offers package tracking and/or insurance. We are not responsible
for returns lost in transit, or damaged. Credits will be posted within 3 - 10
business days after our receipt of your return.
Items returned after the 30 day period will be subject to a minimum 15%
restocking fee, if accepted. Items not in the original condition (or missing
accessories) will be subject to a restocking fee, if accepted. If it has been
more than 90 days since purchase, the return will not be accepted at all.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS:
If you feel your item is defective, we
highly recommend trying the troubleshooting steps first. Please check the
product manual first to learn how to use the product correctly. There may be a
simple fix to get the product working properly. For product support, we
recommend contacting the manufacturer for specific troubleshooting steps.
Manufacturer's contact information is located in your product manual. If at any
time you are unsatisfied in dealing with a manufacturer, then please let us
know.

Please include any order numbers and information relevant to your product issue
so we may assist you quickly. If the manufacturer, or we cannot get your
product working, it will be eligible for an exchange or refund as indicated
below.
Within first 30 days of receipt (defective merchandise) -
If your item is determined defective: Within the first 30 days of receipt,
contact us to initiate an exchange, or return. We can issue a prepaid return
shipping label for the defective item (prepaid shipping labels only available
within the USA). We can either replace the defective item, or refund at your
discretion. If you do not contact us, for a prepaid return label, we cannot
refund your return shipping. Items returned and found non-defective can either
be shipped back (at your expense) or the order refunded at your discretion (less
shipping).
After 30 days (defective merchandise) -
The item will be replaced directly by the manufacturer via the included warranty
period. Please contact the manufacturer of the product for a warranty
replacement/repair. You will have to ship the product directly to the
manufacturer for replacement/repair. If you need a copy of your invoice, as
proof of purchase, you may email us.
